Green Tress is the brainchild of two mater’s students studying Technical Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University, where they both completed their undergraduate degrees. They came up with the idea after struggling to find the right hair products for their own hair and a shared interest in sustainability.
Nora graduated with her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design last May.
She spent four years working at Lehigh’s Office of Sustainability and has taken several courses in green entrepreneurship and environmental issues.
In addition, she has spent the past year interning at a manufacturing company and has worked for hair care,

Devynn graduated with her B.A. in Graphic Design and Anthropology last May.
Her passion for sustainability began at a young age as her family opened their town’s first recycling center back in the 1960s.
She has interned as a marketing specialist, graphic designer, and e-commerce manager, having minored in marketing and global studies.
